Today, March 2nd 2023, is World Teen Mental Wellness day. And I’m here to share my story.
Instagram is an incredibly platform that can truly alter your perception on life, considering you use it in the right way. Think about your Instagram feed, is it really full of things you want to see? Make an impactful change on your mental health by starting to follow people who bring you joy, who inspire you, who make you feel good about yourself.
Some of us absolutely love spending time alone and have no trouble being comfortable with that. But others? We may struggle with it. Whether you feel guilty, worried that you’re wasting time, not being social, etc., we can all really get in our heads about spending time alone. I’m here today to give you some tips on how to feel more comfortable spending time alone and to acknowledge that, in a healthy dose, it’s okay.

It’s okay to not be in control of everything, but it’s nice to feel like we have a good hold on our lives. I’m often overwhelmed by things I need to do, particularly whilst I was at university. I thought today I’d share some of my favourite tv shows and movies that I’ve watched this month. I’ve actually watched a silly amount this month, so this is just a list of my top content. I highly recommend everything in this list, there’s definitely something for everyone!
